We are looking for a CONFIDENT customer support VA to help manage all aspects of customer service through email.
I need somebody who is easily trainable but has amazing attention to detail and is able to fully understand customer behavior. We want a warm and engaging representative that is focused on helping each and every customer to the fullest! You will be in charge of:
• Customer Service Support
• Email Management via GSuite
• Miscellaneous Administrative Tasks

What we are looking for:
• Must be fluent in USA-English speaking and writing (grammatically and spelling is critical)
• Customer Service Experience and the ability to build rapport with customers
• Willing to working during the night since emails from customers come in during the EU time zone.
• Experience using GSuite (essential)
• Reliable internet connection and workspace
• Excellent attention to detail as demonstrated in accuracy, grammar, punctuation
• Ability to meet deadlines, communicate & coordinate in a team and remote setting, but focus on individual tasks/duties with little supervision
• Experience with Microsoft Word and Excel
• An ability to learn fast and a hunger to grow and progress with the company
• Teamwork oriented - We are a small but dynamic team, our culture thrives on being close knitted as a virtual family.
