Junior Marketing Assistant (Full Time Remote)

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Help create slide decks for making video content
- Community management in Facebook groups
- Organize content distribution across social media and website channels
- Basic design work in Photoshop/Illustrator and video editing, if needed
- Collaborate and coordinate with a cross-functional internal team in liaising activities and updates.
- Remain fully informed on social media marketing trends to be able to implement best practices
- Interact with various social media aggregation and analytics tools and other internal platforms including Asana, G-Suite and Slack.
- Provide administrative and support for a variety of projects, as assigned.


Requirements:

- Excellent English verbal and written communication skills
- High familiarity with the different social media platforms, pop culture, and trends (Facebook, Instagram, Snapchat, TikTok, Pinterest, etc.) and love spending time with it.
- Knowledgeable in Google Sheets and creating presentations
- Experience in project management and L&D background
- Facebook Business Ads Manager experience is a plus but not required
- Basic skill in Adobe Photoshop/illustrator and video editing
- Basic to intermediate knowledge in e-Commerce, media buying, and social media marketing
- Strong interpersonal, with a high degree of self-motivation and ability to work independently
- Must be a team player, excellent communicator, and enjoy a good challenge
- Highly organised while managing several projects every day
- Preferably, with previous experience working with remote teams and marketing agencies.
- Fast and reliable internet connection (at least 5Mbps) + back up
