Product Researcher - English Speaking Product Researcher
Type of Position: Full Time
Work Time Zone: Monday to Friday 8am – 5pm Central Standard Time


Our company is seeking a full-time Product Researcher to join our team.
-Our top recruiting priority is ability to speak good English.
-Our next highest priority is ability to write well in English.
-Next is ability to work 8am - 5pm EST.
-Lastly, some product research experience is a plus.


About the Job
-As a member of our team, you'll help us find the best company and lowest price to source a wide variety of products, based on a criteria we provide. You will directly contact suppliers and manufacturers via email and phone so ability to speak and communicate in clear, fluent English is required. You will manage email correspondences with suppliers and manufacturers. Once a product is purchased, you become the product manager for that item, engaging with suppliers frequently to track delivery statuses, engaging with our clients to provide delivery updates and keeping our team informed. You will work hand in hand with our director of business development to negotiate prices and schedule appointments for him to finalize purchase agreements. There is room for growth in this position into contract preparation and submittal on behalf of the company.

Duties and Responsibilities Includes
- Daily product research for lowest prices
- Coordinate purchase of products
- Creating posts and engaging customers on Social Media
- Speaking to leads and clients on a daily basis
- Maintain well-organized, up-to-date and accurate information and activity reports
- Attend daily or weekly meetings utilizing web cam and headset to interact with team members


Skill Set Requirement
- Great English accent
- Spreadsheet proficient (Google docs and WPS)
- Ability to independently create emails and follow up emails to customers with minimal supervision.
- Experience working as a Virtual Assistant is a plus
- Past experience in a call center or online sales is a plus
- Effective writing and speaking skills
- Ability to work under deadline-driven environment
- Detail-oriented and strong organizational skills
- Able to adapt to new tasks and change on a day to day basis
- Ability to multitask
- A dedicated work ethic and takes initiative without direction
- Minimum 3 years experience as a VA product researcher.
- Ability to contact customers via telephone.
- Willing to install Time Doctor app, if asked.
- Excellent, clear and fluent English verbal and written skills.
- Microsoft Office skills, scheduling and email management.
- Excellent computer skills required. Proficiency with Slack, Microsoft Teams, Google Drive, Google Sheets, Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Excel, and Microsoft Word preferred.
- Experience providing professional support to customers/clients via phone and email preferred.
- Friendly and professional phone & email demeanor required.
- Must have the ability to obtain lowest available price by any company on a specific product.
- Experience maintaining detailed computer records/spreadsheets/documents preferred.
