I'm a strong man of Christian faith, and I'm looking for someone to become my right hand assistant. This is a role that is UNLIKE anything you've ever seen before.

I know many of you apply for "VA" roles, where you never really form a strong, genuine relationship with your employer.

That is NOT the case here. I am looking for a loyal, driven, hard-working team member who is willing to go the distance with me, and work for 1, 2, or even 3 years+, and who truly believes in my mission.

WHO THIS IS NOT FOR:

--If you just want to make some quick cash by working as a virtual assistant for a random company, this is not for you.
--If you cannot speak English fluently, and you type English with a lot of grammatical errors, this is not for you.
--If you don't like to take on new challenges, and push yourself to grow.
--If you are NOT willing to work on standard United States business hours times (9-5 PM PST), this is not for you.
--If you do not have leadership experience, where you understand how to manage a team of people, this is not for you.
--If you do not like to solve hard problems, this is not for you.
--If you do not have a WHATEVER IT TAKES attitude, this is not for you.
--If you are ever lost/confused about something, and you don't have a "I will figure this out" mindset, this is not for you.
--If you do not have a HIGH attention to detail, this is not for you.

So now, you might be wondering: What is the job?

Since you will be my right hand assistant, you will be doing a number of things:

1. Writing copy in perfect English (emails, Instagram posts) to match my voice in the content I create.

2. Acting as an assistant coach to over 100 students that are 18-25 year olds, by answering their high performance questions in a Facebook Group. I will train you on how to answer their questions. However, you NEED to have GREAT English writing and speaking skills.

3. Handle customer service emails and administrative responsibilities.

4. Your role will constantly be changing. As the company grows, you may have to lead a team of virtual employees, and take on more and more leadership roles. A big part of this job is to stay on your toes, always ready for action and change.


Here is the compensation:

This job will start off at $3 USD/Hour, but there is a LOT of room to grow. The person for this role would be making $5-6 USD 6-9 months from now, and possibly even $7-9 USD one year from now.

Again, if you are looking for quick money, this is NOT for you. Only for people who have a long term vision to grow with my company.

TASK 2: I'd like for you to WRITE a 15-20 sentence paragraph. Read that again... 15-20 sentences. (Yes, I will be counting). Here is your prompt:

Prompt: In 15-20 sentences, please answer the following:
--Introduce yourself.
--Why are you the perfect fit?
--What do you hope to gain from this job?
--Now, tell me about a time in which you helped coach/mentor someone who was in need of help.
--What was one thing you learned from watching my Youtube videos?

TASK 3: Please attach a resume of your previous work experience.

Once you are done with these 3 tasks, I would like for you to record the video (Task 1), upload it as an UNLISTED Youtube video, and email it to: ----------

(Make sure that I can view the video, and that it is NOT set to private).

In addition to emailing the video link, please attach your Task 2 writing prompt (15-20 sentences) and resume (Task 3) to that SAME email, and send to ---------- with the subject line: “Right Hand Job Application”

* P.S. Yes, by now, you've probably seen that I'm VERY serious about finding someone with great English. If you film a video of yourself, and I can tell English is difficult for you to communicate in, then this is NOT for you.
