Real Estate Wholesale Lead Manager

One Virtual Agency is seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Real Estate Lead Managers with 2+ years experience in the US market. Spanish speaking a plus*

Duties (not limited to):
Cold calling and appointment settingPre-market evaluationSkip tracingRunning CompsNegotiation (if needed)CRM management experience (Podio, Propstream, Call Tools, Mojo etc.)
Sending end of day daily reports

Requirements:
Excellent and professional communication skills
Must be proficient with MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Proficient with Google Suite (Gmail, Calendar, etc)
Ability to work as part of a collaborative team remotely
Candidate must be very organized and detail oriented
Candidate must be service driven with excellent customer service skills

Hours:9am-5pm EST. Mon-Fri
