Appointment Setter (Patient Care Specialist)

Position: Patient Care Specialist
Work schedule: Initially for a part-time role, but will be transferred into a full-time role after 1-2 months of performance evaluation (EST Time zone)
Rate: $4.00/hour (starting rate)
Location: Remote work

-The VA should have at least 1 year of solid experience in appointment setting; working experience in health industry is a plus
-With excellent English communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills
-Must be result-oriented, highly-attentive to details and an active listener
-Knowledgeable in using Slack, Vonage and CRM (Go High Level)
-Strong internet connection and high laptop specs that would best suit for the tasks is required

You will be calling warm leads that come through one of our lead generation funnels. These leads are people that are looking to set up an appointment to have their first TRT treatment at a Chiropractic office.
