Customer Service Agent

We are looking for a Customer Service Agent - Image Check to start immediately.

At Yalwa we believe in the power of classifieds ads to bring people together. This passion is what drives our success – our platforms have more than 1 billion page views, are available in more than 60 countries around the world and are localized in 6 languages.

As a Customer Service Agent - Image Check, you will be monitoring that all user-generated content on our websites is within the scope of our quality management handbook and all legal obligations.

Your tasks:

• Reviewing the pictures on our classifieds site uploaded by the user in accordance with our quality check manual
• Block and remove prohibited, offensive or copyright-infringing images from our website

Schedule: 6 am to 2 pm PH time / 5 days per week (Saturday to Wednesday)

Your profile:
• Minimum age: 18 years
• Fluent in English (Spanish would be beneficial)
• Good browser and computer skills
• High level of readiness and enthusiasm
• Available immediately
