Wordpress Front End Developer (Fixed Weekly Salary)

We're a digital agency based in Australia and we're looking for an experienced and highly skilled Front End developer to join our growing team.

We have a variety of projects on the go, which includes new and existing projects, and you will be involved in the full development life-cycle: from the idea to the launch of the product.

The right person is someone who really loves coding, learning and improving their skills. Great attitude, positive outlook, and team player mentality are also important.

If you dream in HTML, CSS & jQuery and PHP you’ll be the perfect fit for us.

This will be a long-term, position. If you join you must commit 100% - This is a salaried position and 40 hours per week (8 hrs per day, Mon-Fri) is expected.

You'll be working alongside our Graphic/Web/UI designer and we're looking for someone who can:

- Develop websites from PSD, Adobe XD or Figma designs into pixel perect, mobile friendly designs using HTML, CSS and CSS Flexbox.
- Integrate front end designs into WordPress custom wordpress child themes.
- Implement pages using Drag & Drop builders such as Elementor
- Use Advanced Custom Fields (ACF) & Custom Post Types to create custom dynamic layouts,
- Creation, testing and launch of custom visual features

- A sound knowledge and a desire to keep up to date with the rapidly evolving world of modern web standards.
- Have an enthusiasm for developing and creating great work.
- Write clear, well structured and efficient code.

- Excellent problem solving skills.

Experience:

5yrs junior or higher level experience of front-end development. (Required)
5yrs experience developing HTML and CSS at code level. (Required)
2yrs experience with PHP and MySQL. (Preferred)
