Prospector 10/5

This job has three primary responsibilities:

1) Identify companies that could be good clients using software that we will train you on
2) Once those companies have been identified, find 3 decision makers of that company on LinkedIn, along with their emails, phone number and facebooks if they have them
3) Send a video we have prepared to the contacts above, and follow-up according to a schedule we will provide using templates we will write.

We have target metrics set for how many videos need to go out, and reaching a threshold of booked appointments weekly will qualify for a cash ---------- lection process will involve:

Narrowing down applicants to (5) applicants based on personality, experience, and communication skills.
We will give each of the five applicants a small list for research. Everyone will be given same list, and those with the best quality research will get the position.

You will report to the VP of Sales and Marketing, Charles Koon, until such a time as another manager can be hired and trained.
