Looking for a Full Time Chargeback Analyst

1. This is a Full Time Job.
2. Hours are from 8AM to 4:30PM M to F, PST US time (about 12MN to 8:30AM Philippine time)
3. Must have Accounting Experience

RESPONSIBILITIES
Research customer payment deductions (CO-OP, allowances, discounts, non-compliance charges, etc.) on a timely manner
Research & contact customers for all deductions that need additional documentation, support, & approval.
Work with outside sales and inside customer service for additional information regarding deductions.
If deductions are not allowed, contact customer for payback and/or prepare disputes on customer’s vendor portals within set time frame
Write up ,submit and posting credit memos
Answer & research customer questions related to billing, credit & their ---------- n & review chargeback reports

QUALIFICATIONS & DESIRED SKILLS
Basic accounting background/experience
Knowledge of cash applications
Advanced knowledge in excel (i.e. vlook-ups, pivot tables, etc)
Computer savvy- experience in different vendor portals/websites
Attention to details
Excellent customer relations and customer service skills.
Professional communication skills, both verbally and in writing
Self-starter, multi task and problem solver
Excellent follow-up and follow-through
High productivity and have a sense of urgency
Excellent time management skills
