You must be…

Extremely Organized
Fluent in English (Written & Verbal) (VERY IMPORTANT)
Call center experience (VERY IMPORTANT)
Dialers for cold calling (VERY IMPORTANT)
Effective at communicating
Proficient at Excel or Google Sheets
Able to follow specific directions
Very positive in your mindset
Available 10-20 hours a week (will move to more fulltime after the first month)
Available 10am-7pm EST Mon-Sat

What will you be doing?

Calling inbound leads to schedule appointments and discovery ---------- lling leads given to you for a cold call in order to qualify business and acquire a 15 minute discovery call (will be explained in interview)

Scheduling appointments for qualified leads

Sending pre-written messages to people on facebook

Sending pre-written messages to people in certain facebook groups

Sending pre-written messages to people who fit a certain title on linkedin

Sending pre-written messages to people who fit a certain criteria on Instagram

Sending pre-written messages to people using email

Must be able to distinguish the kinds of profiles that are our ideal customers before sending the messages. (We will provide training on this)

Utilizing Slack for communication with the team!

Admin tasks will evolve over time as trust is built & you will be given more work.
