About Me:
My name is JJ. I own and manage a portfolio of online e-commerce businesses. I also run a digital agency, offering services around website design, product design, ad graphics design and business consultations.

About the Business:
I am launching a portfolio of online e-commerce business focusing on digital e-books as the products. These products will range from e-books for online marketing, branding, fitness, wedding planning, finance guides, cocktail recipes, gardening, blogging, keto diets and many more.

About the Role:
I am looking for a passionate, self-starter, proactive, eager to learn and improve and a very friendly Social Media, Digital Marketer and Store Manager. You will have two main functions. Does this sound like you? If yes, please check out below how you will support me.

What will you be doing?
1) Social Media Management: You will be responsible for creating and running all social media platforms for each store (Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn). You will be responsible for growing the community, posting great content, responding to customers and prospects.

2) Digital Marketing and Optimization: You will be responsible for FB Ads, Instagram Ads, Google Ads and SEO optimization in generating great sales. I will be keen to hear about your social ads strategies.
**I will also provide FB ads training

In a nutshell, you will be the backbone of the business, driving sales, optimizing for leads generation and building the brand. You will be the face of Gen Wealth Group.


Rewards and Remuneration:
- I am seeking a passionate team member to join me. I will be rewarding you with a % share ranging from 5% to 15% of all sales made. This payment structure is to show that I am interested in a team partner, someone who is ready to roll up their sleeves and build a fantastic brand with me. A base salary can be arranged once consistency and track record is achieved.

- There will also be a quarterly bonus based on performance.

- Flexible working hours

- And a end of the year paid to travel to any location of your choice based on hitting set targets.
