MONTHLY: PHP 30,000 – PHP 50,000 (depends on qualifications and experience) **Job can be home-based.

• Highly sociable and talkative
• Excellent negotiation and presentation skills
• Proficient in MS Office and web-based applications
• Highly coachable and fast learner

*College degree and 5 years sales experience is an advantage

JOB DESCRIPTION:
• Build and develop a team of sales superstars
• Implement company strategies and initiatives to ensure the accomplishment of personal and team monthly sales targets
• Conduct seminars to groups, associations, and corporations to introduce our products and services
• Look for individual and corporate clients to offer the following products:
> Medical insurance products (HMO, Health Card, Critical illness, Medical insurance
> Property Insurance products (car, fire, marine, and business insurance, etc)
> Construction Insurance / Bonds
> Individual and Group Life Insurance
