Looking for a Fulfillment Expert to help our E-commerce site.

I’m looking for a Fulfillment Specialist to help our Vancouver-based client with their e-commerce site. You will be working with the Operations Managers and other staff members to help take their shop to the next level.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
-Waybill management;
-Courier coordination;
-Fulfillment communications;
-Respond to incoming customer service tickets;
-Work with customer service team to communicate with customers as needed;
-Other related duties as required.

REQUIREMENTS
- At least 3 years experience with Shopify or other e-commerce sites
- 3 years experience with Gooten and/or other Print-On-Demand services
- Excellent communication skills and fully fluent in English, both spoken and written
- Has a high speed internet
- Outstanding time-management skills
