We are a growing eCommerce Company in Australia providing Water Filtration Systems. Our Customer Service team provides outstanding customer experience and technical assistance and delighting them through every stage of the process.

Responsibilities:

Deliver an exceptional experience to current and prospective customers through email, phone and chat.
Show an ability to diagnose, troubleshoot and resolve certain technical issues.
Grow existing customer accounts through exceptional customer service and effective sales techniques
Perform research to answer custom enquiries and requests
Utilize resources and systems to effectively address customer issues

Qualifications:

Have a minimum of (2) two years of relevant work experience with direct customer interaction, technical support and sales, preferably in a customer care center atmosphere.
Have an above-average verbal and written communication skills.
Have a keen eye for details.
Ability to learn quickly and work with various requests and competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Have a team-oriented working style with effective interpersonal skills that allow successful business interactions with individuals of a variety of work styles and personalities.
Exposure to various software and web-based applications such as Google programs. Zendesk, etc.
Have a quiet work environment
Flexible to work on day schedule during weekdays and/or weekends.
