VA/Appointment Setter

Our company advertises to Dentists. We are needing to set multiple appointments daily. We are more focused on Appointments that are quality instead of appointments that are set and then they forget about the appointment the next day.
The person we are looking for should be very Charismatic and memorable on the phone. We are genuinely trying to help these practices and the more authentic you are, the easier the appointment will be ---------- SENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
-Make a minimum of 80-100 outbound calls in an eight (8) hour workday. This volume of cold calling is expected to materialize into a bi-weekly average of five (3-5) appointments per day.
-Utilize internet search engines to locate and provide good contact information for leads.
-Utilize internal systems (i.e. GSuite, Calendly, ZOOM Meetings, etc.) to work independently on cold calling and connecting with leads.
-You can work independently with minimal supervision
QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS:
-Enjoys being on the phone and initiating professional conversations in a courteous, polite, and respectful manner.
-Demonstrated ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
-Ability to apply logical thinking to define problems, collect data, and draw valid conclusions.
-Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with demonstrated ability to articulate relevant information in a concise manner.
-Ambitious, Self-starter, proactive, creative thinker, problem solver, positive attitude. Someone hungry and willing to work!
-Strong attention to detail, organizational, and time management skills.
