Karta Ventures is seeking full-time Digital Marketing Associates, both junior & senior, to work closely with our CMO and teams across our portfolio of eCommerce & digitally-enabled consumer

Responsibilities:
Motivate, manage, and drive results by working with teams within each of Karta’s portfolio companies across a variety of marketing functions.
Your skill set should be tactical enough to allow you to jump in and produce meaningful results without being overly reliant on outside resources.
Work closely with management at each portfolio company to identify/manage KPIs/develop OKRs.
Work with our investment team to assess potential investments, identify risk factors, and build out strategic roadmaps pre-investment.
Requirements:
Within paid channels, a demonstrated ability to successfully scale and manage spend while hitting CPA and ROAS targets.
Previous experience in eCommerce or digitally-enabled direct-to-consumer brands.
eCommerce-related BI/analytics skill sets are an asset.
Highly self-motivated, able to learn quickly, and comfortable working 60+ hours a week in a high-stress, fast-paced
