I'm looking for a caricature artist for freelance/part-time (and later full-time) employment
The candidate must have excellent ability with Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop, with particular skills in:
* caricatures
* creating original cartoons and background illustrations
* personalized images from photographs, including running actions and effects.
My business is in e-commerce and this position is for helping me deliver personalized caricature and art services to customers based on photographs that they provide.

**Application Questions**
1) Before agreeing to an ongoing/salaried contract, I will have a paid trial project as follows:
You need to create a set of unique full body and background caricature images of popular superheroes/cartoons. Example styles:
I will provide specific photographs of people and the superhero/movie-characters that you need to caricature
Please provide your one-off quote for the delivery of 10 such original images.
2) I need an indication of how much you charge for each caricature.
If we assume that I brief you (with a customer's photo) to create a caricature based on the images in the above project (in question #1) images, how much would you charge per job like this?
3) What is your capacity for delivering caricatures as per question #2? (i.e. how many could you complete in one week?)
4) Provide an example of several original caricatures that you've created that showcase your ability to deliver this project. I am particularly looking for a case where you have turned a photo into a cartoon or applied various artists' effects to them.
5) When are you available to start?
6) You must be available for zoom/video calls in English on a regular basis. Please confirm that you're happy with this and that you have the hardware to do this for an interview.
7) What is your expected monthly salary for Full-Time-Employment (40 hours/week min.)
