Who are you?

You are a sales maestro with proven end to end sales skills – prospecting, pipeline management, closing and negotiation.

You are passionate about gaming and technology. From mobile gaming on your handphone to intensive online sessions… you come equipped with a wealth of knowledge and insights into the exciting world of interactive entertainment.

You’re self-motivated and able to work autonomously to achieve your targets, but also know when to draw on the expertise of those around you.

You’re financially astute and can successfully forecast for your client group on a quarterly and annual basis.

You have an eye for detail. Ensuring paperwork and systems are kept up to date and information is fed through to the appropriate people in a timely manner.

2. Build and nurture client relationships
3. Monitor and meet sales targets on a monthly and quarterly basis




Key Responsibilities:
o Prospecting – Identify target markets and target, initiating contact identifying the key client personnel and stakeholders.
o Pipeline management – Understand the sales lifecycle for all products and manage clients through the pipeline. Effective management of this process will help maximise organic sales and deliver more accurate forecasting.
o Client Development – working with clients to understand their market, target markets and business objectives and being able to recommend the most appropriate product for each brief.
o Relationship Building – developing strong client relationships to maximise organic business growth
o Networking – building a personal and professional profile within the local industry and drive awareness of the company
o Commercial negotiation – Commencing discussions, understanding your parameters for negotiation, calling on senior support as required and closing deals.
o Sales Messaging and Materials – The role will require input into the sales materials and messaging that is being generated to make sure that it is maximising the conversion to sale
o Market Awareness – Feeding back market analysis into the wider team to make sure that we understand the competitive landscape, commercial models, competitor price points etc.
o Product Awareness – Ensuring a strong understanding of all products within the portfolio, their selling points and limitations. Understanding and communicating to clients the best product for their business requirements.
o Product Development –Identifying common sales roadblocks and feeding back client requirements into the product development process for digital products. Develop packages and new products for events and esports.
o Reporting and Forecasting – delivery of accurate forecasts and reports as required by management
Skills & Experience
o Minimum 5 years sales experience in a publishing / digital environment
o Singapore and South East Asia experience
o High level interest in gaming, social media and digital publishing.
