JOB OVERVIEW

We’re looking for a performance marketer with a proven track record of results in e-commerce and retail, beauty, or specifically skincare of creating, defining, and executing the social media marketing plan for e-commerce based companies to drive top-line revenue.

We’re a fully functional bootstrapped company, so you must be a highly-motivated, detail-oriented, and self-starter with a proven track record of delivering results. You’ll need to be flexible, brilliant, and tenacious. You’ll be working with multiple Facebook media buyers and a team of graphic and content writers who will help and assist you, so top-notch communication and interpersonal skills are a must.

You will be responsible for:
1. Developing and executing an overarching approach with market-specific digital messaging, utilizing market analytics, competitive analysis, that are specific for the company and its products to drive market awareness and drive sales.
2. Generate social media strategies to grow brand reputation, market share, and audience/patient education and engagement - includes but not limited to paid social media advertising. Drive promotional strategies, placement, and targeting of social media ads for Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, and other growing social media outlets.
3. Develop conversion strategies, measure & analyze ROI related to audience growth, profile, engagement, reach, etc. for a higher return and timely information and response.
4. Optimizes company pages within social media channels to increase content visibility.
5. Measure and report performance of all digital media marketing campaigns. Assess performance against goals (ROI and KPIs).

Must-Have:
Experience with Facebook & Instagram ads
Should be able to provide a detailed audit of the existing ad accounts
Experience in identifying target audiences and devising campaigns that engage, inform, and motivate
Comfortable working with numbers, metrics, and spreadsheets
Expert in end-to-end marketing techniques like funnel strategies
Strong organizational and communication skills to give leadership visibility into marketing efforts, successes, and challenges.
Analytical and data-obsessed to drive continuous improvement, optimize a team’s approach and company ---------- tonomous, results-driven, creative thinker, with leadership skills
Excellent understanding of the full modern marketing mix, up-to-date with trends and best practices
Looking to grow with a start-up company
