DIGITAL MARKETING SPECIALIST

Be part of our company in the Real Estate industry providing Real Estate Agent Services and Virtual Assistant Services. We are looking for a highly-creative Digital Marketing Specialist that can add valuable marketing skills to our growing team. Your central goal is to help grow our brand’s influence locally while also increasing brand loyalty and awareness.

You’ll be working with one of the most prominent real estate agents in South Florida who has over 30 year long standing career in the Real Estate industry.

This is an 8 hours a day position.
What will you be doing
Follow a proven marketing system created by the top real estate trainer in North America.
Planning, implementing, and monitoring our digital marketing campaigns across all digital networks.
Helping to grow our social media presence
Manage our content creation team and content output
Help to optimize and improve website branding and SEO
Initiate customer acquisition campaigns
Content Creation which includes blog and copy writing


Email Marketing
Build landing pages and website changes (e.g. changing blog page backgrounds)
Social Media post scheduling
Graphics design

What are we looking for:
1-3 years experience in Digital Marketing (Real Estate experience is a plus)
Excellent communication skills
Solid understanding of the fundamentals of Digital Marketing
Experience in marketing, customer growth strategies and social media Upgrade to see actual info addition to being an outstanding communicator, you will also demonstrate excellent interpersonal and analytical Upgrade to see actual infomonstrable experience leading and managing marketing database, email, social media, and/or display advertising campaigns
Experience in optimizing landing pages Google ads as well as social media platforms such as Facebook, Google, Instagram, LinkedIn, Youtube, etc.
Creative mind innovative and non-traditional thinking
MUST BE FLUENT IN ENGLISH AND SPANISH
