We’ve worked with artists such as 50 Cent, Snoop Dogg, Rick Ross, 2Chainz, Wu-Tang Clan etc. We cater to both big-name music producers as well as independent music producers and our real mission is to level the playing field between the industry musicians with access to multi-million dollar studios, and the everyday bedroom music producer.

You must have experience in sales, marketing and customer service and be capable of working independently and under flexible hours. Our business is based in California in PST time zone, and while most of your work can be done flexibly and independently, there should be some overlap with your work schedule to enable meetings and initial training sessions.
We’re seeking a long-term working relationship with someone who can be the voice of the company and efficiently help us with client communications.
Responsibilities include:
- Building customer support systems
- Creating SOPs (standard operating procedures)
- Providing
- Troubleshooting customer and tech issues
- Communicating with the team regarding updates, issues and solutions
- Minor sales processing
- Admin tasks e.g. managing and updating client information
- Copy proof-reading for new product releases
- Minor data entry and updating of old product releases
- Scheduling of new product releases and social content
Requirements:
- Experience in customer service and sales
- Excellent written English as you will be proof-reading content and interacting with customers
- Must have flexible schedule (there will be at least some overlap of your hours with US PST hours), and be willing to sometimes work on weekends
- Knowledge in HelpScout/ClickFunnels/Trello/Mailchimp is a big plus
- Good Internet connection is preferable
- Highly analytical, dependable, problem solver, and proactive.
- Background in music or music production is a HUGE plus (though not a requirement), especially knowledge of music software and technology
- Mandatory sense of humor

We will give you as much instruction as possible and be by your side in the beginning stages. Later on, we’ll ask you to take on projects that come up and we would like someone who can exhibit entrepreneurial qualities and complete the task or find creative solutions to problems where relevant.
You will also be required to build systems and write SOPS for each task. As the business becomes bigger we want to make sure everything is being built on a solid foundation.
This job may not be a good fit if you prefer steady workloads. Oftentimes, we will be launching campaigns that require all hands on deck to put in a little extra time. If you are not afraid to work under the pressure of deadlines and you’re ready to step up when challenges come, then you will succeed on the team!

Terms:
This is a full-time position and you will be working at least partially in US (PST) hours. We also plan to have bi-weekly team meetings and you need to be available to attend those.
