Amazon FBA Product Research for Online Arbitrage

Hello. I am looking to hire a VA to join my Amazon FBA business. I have been in business for over 2 years and looking forward to working with a VA that already has Amazon FBA experience and can manually source online arbitrage products from retail websites such as Walmart or Target using manual search method. I listed some of the requirements and benefits of my company along with a task to complete below so feel free to ask me any questions.

REQUIREMENTS:
- Must have knowledge sourcing Online Arbitrage websites like Walmart, Target, etc
- Must have experience with understanding KEEPA charts
- Experience with RevSeller is a bonus
- Must complete 40 hours each week using Time Doctor app or Hubstaff

WHAT WE PROVIDE:
- Starting pay $300 USD/month for Full Time salary first month. Salary will increase while meeting sales goals and after the trial period.
- Pay every 14 days
- BONUS pay after 1st month of work and meeting goals
- Two weeks paid vacation each year
- Philippines National Holidays off, PAID
- 10% raise each year (On anniversary date)
- Flexible hours - Choose your hours, as long as you’re completing the goals.
- Paid training if you want to increase your skills

WHAT YOU PROVIDE
- Must have your own working computer
- 40 hours of work each week
- Must be willing to learn and take assignments
- Must perform some virtual assistant duties
- Must communicate through Skype, Email, WhatsApp and/or FB Messenger
- Must perform well as a team
- Must meet deadlines 100% of the time
