I need a long term virtual assistant.



I've had a online store for about a year now. I started by doing a lot of raffles which attracted the wrong targeting group I've paid a lot of money for ads. I got discouraged because I got followers but no buyers.

I sell beauty products and also make custom items. I built my own website and make most of my products.

I'm Looking for a personal assistant that can do graphic designs, manage my social media's, customer service, manage emails and a lot of marketing. As my business grow I will like my personal assistant to be able to grow with me. I need someone with experience in these things because I know that's where I'm lacking and need the most help. My assistant needs to have a good eye so we can make everything look professional And get more sales. I need my Assistant to give me ideas and different perspectives. So you have to be creative and open minded.
