Wordpress Webmaster/SEO Specialist

Our company is hiring the position of a Web Developer/SEO Specialist.

RVA Custom Apparel is looking to hire. We are an apparel and promotional products company located in Richmond, Virginia that specializes in awards, trophies, banners/stickers, and customer apparel. We are experiencing a period of growth and are now searching to find the best in the market to help us achieve our goals. We surround ourselves with only those who believe that they are the BEST at what they do, are truly passionate about their chosen field of expertise.

The successful applicant would need to be an expert in WordPress (Divi Theme) to create multiple websites that will have an ecommerce focus. These website will specialize in various niche components of our industry. We are looking for someone that not only understands web design, but is also an expert in on-page, off-page, and local SEO. Ultimately these site must rank on the first page of the search engines. As your success is also our success, we will help you as much as you need to succeed with our company.

Here are list of routine tasks you will be involved once you are hired:

- Building WordPress ecommerce sites
- Ongoing management of the site (Updating Content, Adding Products, etc)
- Developing an SEO Strategy to create maximum visibility to the site
- Create and regularly add new content to the sites
- Create and maintain Social Media (Twitter, Facebook, YouTube and Pinterest) sites

Personal Requirements:

- Outstanding communication skills
- Strong attention to detail, ability to multi-task and with commitment to quality
- A self-starter with a strategic approach to researching, generating leads, and following processes
- Advanced level of proficiency in using the Microsoft Office Suite
- Have an excellent understanding of databases and CRM systems
- Accurate data entry processing and updating of records
- Good administrative and computer skills and experience in researching on the internet
- Demonstrated results in achieving targets/goals
- 2-3+ years’ experience with lead generation/data mining development


Technology Required:

- A reliable internet connection
- Ability to communicate via Skype as needed
- Backup phone support via 3G/4G
- Willingness to work within Project Management/Task System
- Optimally will have own copy of Photoshop or Illustrator

About Compensation:

- The monthly salary of the successful applicant will start between $350 - $400 (Depending on Experience)
- After successfully complete 2 months’ probation, monthly salary will be increased by an additional 10%
- You will be paid weekly
- You will be paid bonuses for great work
- You will be paid a 13th Month Bonus in December. The amount of the bonus depends on the number of months you have worked with us
- You will receive pay increases based on performance
- Every month you work, you earn 1 personal day which can be used as sick days or vacation days (12 Days per Year)
- These are the paid holidays: New Year’s Day, Good Friday, Independence Day, All Saints Day, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year’s Eve (7 Days)
