JOB OVERVIEW

We are a software products & digital marketing services company in the UK looking for a top-level customer support & success manager to join our team.

You will be working alongside our founder and will be tasked with making outgoing calls to identify customer satisfaction issues

ABOUT YOU -

You must be fluent in speaking and writing in English and have excellent phone manners.

A love for handling customers and resolving their issues.

Have good computer skills like fixing basic issues, data entry etc and you should be a quick learner.

Ability to work independently and to use your own initiative.

Proficient in prioritizing tasks.

Forward-thinking and ambitious.

Positive, no-excuse ---------- quisitive, reliable and resourceful.

Strong attention to detail.

Ability to adapt your work based on feedback.

ABOUT US -

We specialize in food industry.

We are looking for a team member to stay and work long term.

We will provide resources and support to help you to understand the industry well.

We are loyal to our team members and treat all our team members with respect.

Bonuses will be paid.

Our team is spread around the world you are expected to build excellent rapport with other team members and get things done.

You will be required to work from 2 PM till 10 PM UK Hours 5 days a week(covering a rota which means working on Sat & Sun in rotation).

We will provide the required training.

ABOUT THE JOB -

Make outgoing calls to existing or new customers to build rapport, unearth any satisfaction issues and ensure customer delight at all times. This will be your primary task.

Handle incoming customer support calls.

Resolve basic issues or requests yourself including any data entry yourself.

If the request cannot be handled by yourself escalate it to the relevant team member and ensure resolution. Once the issue is resolved communicate it back to the customer via email and phone and get verbal or email confirmation that he/she is happy with the resolution.

Support business development activities like identifying prospects, following up with them etc. or pitch our new products to new or existing customers.

PAYMENT -

The 1st month you will be paid weekly.

After that payment every month.

Bonuses paid for high-quality work

13th-month payment

Salary review each year at least

2 days of paid holiday for every day worked - total 24 days

Paid Holiday on Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, Boxing Day, New Year's Eve, and New Year's Day (5 Days - not included in your personal holiday)

$400 a month + Bonuses and 13th Month
