Ideal candidates should possess the following:
• College degree (Management/Economics/Finance degrees are preferred, but not required)
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
• Excellent communication skills
• Confident public speaker
• Goal-oriented and self-driven
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
• Willingness to be mentored
• Good sense of responsibility and accountability
