An online marketplace is looking for a full-time Customer Service and Digital Marketing assistant.
Perfect ENGLISH - is a MUST.
What You'll Do
— You will troubleshoot and resolve customer service inquiries while building a relationship with the customer through phone and
— Generate creative content for our website as well as our social media pages
— Monitor and respond to feedback on review sites such as Google My Business, TrustPilot, and
— Write compelling copy for blogs, social media, website, etc.
— Data entry
What You'll Need
— Fluent in English written grammar and spelling and able to communicate in business writing style.
— Computer & Typing literacy/proficiency, working with multiple software applications/screens simultaneously
— 6 + months phone Experience in a customer service/call centre environment preferred
— Technical (Computers & Internet) savvy is required.
— Business acumen in areas of e-commerce is advantageous.
— Process improvement awareness and experience.
— Enthusiasm and strong self-motivation.
— Strong prioritization and time management skills, with a high degree of flexibility.
— Ability to embrace constant change with flexibility and good grace.
— Demonstrate appropriate sense of urgency and adaptability in response to changing business needs
— Demonstrates effective communication, composure, and professional attitude
— Must have a separate means of communication in case of emergency and/or system issues
Home Office Requirements
— You must have a secure, quiet, distraction-free work environment without any conflicting responsibilities during your scheduled work shift. (Conflicting responsibilities may include caring for a family member)
— Or if you prefer to work from the office, you can be provided with your chosen co-working space.
— Your home office must have Cable Internet that is hardwired into a router via Ethernet.
