Quickbooks Online Bookkeeper with 5 years Experience

We are a professional virtual bookkeeping service headquartered in New York City. We have many remote team members from around the world working in our EST time zone since 2012.

We need expert, organized and detail oriented, bookkeepers with at least 5 years experience with Quickbooks Online, to helps us service our clients with their Quickbooks Online needs. We have several core clients with daily bookkeeping needs and a rolling list of clients with weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual bookkeeping.

Requirements:

Fluent in English communication and able to follow written instructions, screenshots and videos. This is a must.
Excellent problem-solving skills.
Very Strong Experience using QuickBooks Online. Should be able to independently identify discrepancies and inaccuracy in the books. If necessary we will help with the solutions.
Very Strong Microsoft Excel ---------- iendly can do and positive ---------- addition to Quickbooks Online, familiarity with the following applications/platforms:
Google Drive, Google Chat, Google Apps, ClickUp, Hubstaff, SugarSync, AnyDesk, LastPass, Zoom, and other regular tools for remote freelancers. You will work using our SOPs'

Expertise and capability to use Quickbooks apps like, SaasAnt, Transaction Pro. QODBC, Qvinci. Preference will be given to candidates who hold a current QuickBooks certification or CPA credentials.

Clean up Quickbooks ---------- tch up Accounting and Backlog Accounting.
Regular Daily, Weekly, Monthly and Quarterly accounting.
Accrual ---------- ventory Accounting & Payment (Amazon, Shopify, eCommerce, Stripe, PayPal, Square)
Monthly Closing.
Payroll (Quickbooks Payroll and outside providers like, ADP, Gusto, Trinet. Justworks and others.) Gross up Payroll entries.
Customizing reports using Quickbooks and Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets.
If selected to the next round you will be tested in Quickbooks Online, so only apply if you have the expertise and experience in Quickbooks Online.
You will start with part time (20 hours/week) initially and once your performance is good and established; you will be transitioned to full time.

We use Hubstaff for time tracking. Screenshots and pictures are taken by the app at regular intervals! Our working hours are between 9 am EST to 5 pm ---------- dustries or verticals that you have experience in.
