Quality Assurance Assistant

We are looking for two quality assurance assistants to help us manage our design team.

We produce custom designs for pet owners and we produce over 500 designs per day.

We are looking for at least two new staff members to work as quality assurance assistants.

The role will involve:
• Working as the quality assurance manager for a team of our freelance artists
• Receiving designs from your artists on a daily basis through our order management system
• Checking the designs against our quality standards and quality checklists
• Approving the designs if all quality standards are met
• Requesting edits to designs when needed
• You will be in contact with your artists daily discussing the edits needed to their work and/or approving the work when quality has been met
• Once you have approved the work, you will forward it to the customer for feedback and send back the design to the artist for necessary revisions
The ideal candidate will:
• Have experience working as a virtual assistant and has photo editing skill using Photoshop
• Have at least 30 hours per week to commit to this role
• Be familiar with Slack and Google Drive
• Be available for an immediate start

Additional attractive qualities include:
• Experience/knowledge in graphic design (this is not a requirement, but it would be helpful)
• Previous work in graphic design (not a requirement, but it would be helpful)

The role will be paid at a rate of $3 per hour. You will be paid weekly via TransferWise.
