We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled remote Camtasia Video Editor to join our growing team in the AI-powered solar advertising industry.

This role is focused on turning raw footage into engaging, branded video content that helps convert viewers into leads and clients.

You will work closely with our marketing and creative teams to transform screen recordings, voiceovers, and assets into polished video content using Camtasia.

You must be able to follow direction, adapt to brand guidelines, and hit deadlines reliably.

Responsibilities and Tasks:
-Edit long-form and short-form videos using Camtasia based on project needs (typically training videos, sales videos, and product explainers).
-Add effects, transitions, callouts, animations, screen zooms/pans, and other elements to improve viewer engagement.
-Clean up audio, sync visuals with narration, and ensure visual consistency across content.
-Export final videos in multiple formats for use on websites, social media, and CRM platforms.
-Collaborate with tea ---------- mbers on video scripts, storyboard ideas, and improvements.
-Organize and archive footage, projects, and templates for easy future access.
-Meet weekly production goals and deadlines with minimal supervision.

Job Requirements:
-Proficiency with Camtasia is mandatory. Experience with other editing tools (e.g., Premiere Pro, After Effects) is a bonus but not required.
-Strong English skills: Must be able to understand editing direction, follow script timing, and write/read on-screen text clearly.
-Creative mindset: Ability to make judgment calls on pacing, transitions, and visual storytelling that align with marketing goals.
-Remote reliability: High-speed internet and a distraction-free workspace are required.
-Time zone availability: Must be available to complete projects aligned with U.S. daytime hours (overnight in some time zones).
-Responsiveness and feedback: Open to revisions and direction from the marketing team. A history of reliability on platforms like Upwork, OnlineJobs.ph, etc., is a plus.
