Fulltime VA/Execuitve Assistant with strong English, IM and ecommerce skills

We are looking for someone who can join our growing team and be a long term asset to our company.
Our company has been in operation for over 8 years offering service in the digital marketing industry, we have also been doing eCommerce for the past 4 years and is steadily growing.

We need a full time VA who can work on multiple projects, someone who is knowledgeable in Internet Marketing, eCommerce and have some experience working in the field.

Some of the tasks include but not limited to:
- Scheduling and reporting
- Manage social media presence
- Write emails
- Customer service support
- eCommerce/amazon product Research
- Project management

Skills required:
- Strong English speaking and writing skills
- Extremely organised
- Be able to communicate effectively via voice on Skype
- Must be able to research effectively and do qualitative research

Biggest things we are looking for are:
- Someone who is willing to spend time to learn the business and not here to just clock in and clock out. We don't need someone to just do tasks.
- A self starter
- A quick learner
- A dedicated worker
- Someone trustworthy
- Willing to grow with the business into managerial role
- Availability to work in EST timezone until fully integrated
- Reliable internet and power

Who we are not looking to hire
- A ROBOT who need us to tell them everything
- Someone who ask things that are one google search away
- Sloppy work and clumsy mistakes

We need someone who comes up with ideas and more effective ways of doing things.With all these skills you will be the main VA who will hire and screen other freelancers. If you are looking for a long term position and are ready and willing to be trained, we would love to talk with you more!

You will be working 5 days a week for at least 8 hours a day.
You will be paid base salary and monthly bonuses based on performance.
