Responsibilities
As part of the Global Marketing Team, you will be responsible for expanding and strengthening the Codashop Community in all countries. Your mission is to increase Codashop brand love by developing a feeling of belonging among Community members. Your goal is to create and animate a vibrant space where people meet, make friends, interact together and with the brand. You will more specifically be in charge of:
Coordinating with the Local Community Teams in Southeast Asia, India, Middle East, and Latin America to entertain deep relationships with the Community Members at a local level.
Fostering interesting conversations and high engagement on the different community channels (Codashop forum, Discord, social media pages).
Preparing and coordinating the execution of online community events on a global scale.
Building best-in-class standards for community management and training all local Community Managers on them.
Working closely with the Social Media team to roll-out creative and engaging campaigns
Working with the Product and UX/UI Teams to bring the community at the heart of the overall Codashop experience.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience building and entertaining gaming communities
- Deep understanding of social media
- Passionate about games and online interactions (social media, online chat, forums…)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Fluent English is a must, a second Southeast Asian language is a plus
