JOB OVERVIEW

IMMEDIATE START! BONUSES AND RAISES + COMMISSION = UNLIMITED SALARY POTENTIAL

We currently own 6 e-commerce brands and are looking for an experienced Social Media Manager who can hit the ground running, especially as we get closer to Black Friday and the Holiday season.

You must have had previous social media and marketing experience and can deliver results with minimal supervision. Fluent English is required and experience with graphic design such as Photoshop, Adobe Spark/Adobe Suite, Canva etc is needed.

After a trial period, on top of a base salary, uncapped commission will also be given from any sales your work generates.

Our customer base is international (USA, UK, Europe) and our brands are in the following niches: furniture, home decor, fashion, beauty, tech.

Understanding and interest in these markets and niches is essential as we primarily deal with luxury items and high-value products and this role requires you to produce and publish content that increases brand awareness, promotes collections and sales, etc. Experience using Shopify is a plus.

MAIN ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES

SOCIAL MEDIA

Fully manage and run the below social media ---------- stagram (All 6 Brands)

Facebook
(All 6 Pages for 6 Brands)
Pinterest (All 6 Brands)
Tik Tok (All 6 Profiles for 6 Brands)

Twitter
(All 6 Brands)

Create engaging content for these social media channels that match the brand’s feel, values, and aesthetic. Content = images, product videos, captions, hashtags, etc.

Plan and schedule content so that at least 1 post is made daily for each brand on at least 4 out 5 social channels.

Engage with customers who tag our brands in their posts, comment on posts, etc.

Respond in a timely manner to any messages or DMs across our social media channels. Customer service is very important.

ADS & PRODUCT FEEDS

Create, run, and optimize ad campaigns for each brand across Facebook, Instagram, Google, Pinterest, Tiktok.

Ensure that our Facebook, Google, and Instagram shopping feeds are always properly synced and troubleshoot any issues.

Be able to tag products in our brands’ social media channels.

OTHER RESPONSIBILITIES

PR/Influencer Outreach - magazine features, blogs, social media influencers etc. Research and act on opportunities to promote our brands whenever possible.

Blog articles - write and share content focusing on topics like trends, gift guides, designer features etc. Most of the time we will give you a prompt and an outline/summary of what to write. Other times, we may ask you to do the research for the article we want you to write.

Create content for email newsletters and create email ---------- O optimization & keyword research.

Edit product descriptions to be more engaging if ---------- n use and understand data from Facebook Pixel, Google Analytics, Google Search Console, etc to provide insights into missed and potential opportunities.

Create content for brand websites like banners, collection images, etc.

SALARY

At base rate during trial period, regular bonuses and raises following trial period. Also uncapped commission on any sales generated through content produced after trial period.
