Digital Marketer For Screencast Tutorial with Video Editing

I need a self starting experienced digital marketing capable of running with the ball. I need screencaster to make help tutorials for a SAAS application.
This will require you to:
1- Analyze the need
2- Prepare the script
3- Record the audio (or we can get a voice over) and edit it to synch along with the video
4- Edit it with intro and outro video clips
