US Marketing Agency needs a Wordpress Development Lead to Help Build and Manage Client Projects

What we are looking for:
Someone who can work directly with other team members to work on various Wordpress websites making quick updates, changes, and light development work creating various pages, installing and configuring plugins. I need someone who has a vast experience and familiarity with Wordpress, how themes work on the front-end and back-end. This person will be focused on helping with developing software development roadmaps, and be heavily in charge of the Agile development process for fast moving, high-traffic websites. You must be more okay helping lead the team and ensuring that instructions, requirements, and tickets are clear. You will be working more with the strategy on how to implement quick, and effectively and leverage a set of different team members and contractors to execute the various pieces of our project plan.
What we do:
* Use Shopify and Wordpress on Pantheon, GoDaddy, and other hosting sites to develop client marketing funnels that we sent large amounts of paid traffic to.
* Use Existing Theme infrastructure and page builder to build and create sites
* Design the funnel based on the approved mockups and specs
* Must know HTML/CSS/JS and be able to understand code and how things work in Wordpress
* Must know how to configure and use WooCommerce
* Code landing and signup pages using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript to be implemented on WordPress site
* Create and configure signup forms and user flows quickly
* Write client-side code to handle form, analytics, and CRM components
* Configure 3rd party marketing integrations through website and CRM
* Test the funnel - Cross-device/Browser compatibility, funnel components, tracking, lead delivery
* Prepare documentation and tech specs
* Website maintenance, backups, updates
* Perform a monthly audit to ensure website is working for end user
* Identify and fix any issues affecting sales and conversions
* Monitor user experience, metrics, and KPIs to ensure segments are performing and monetizing appropriatelyPerfect position for someone who wants to improve their digital marketing and development work with some interesting analytics and web tracking technology but already has experience with Wordpress Development.
Must be available to manage and communicate during most/some the hours 8am-6pm PST
Must be able to speak good English and communicate well through Slack, Zoom, and Video Chat
Must understand the software development cycle
Must be able to move quickly and efficiently
Looking for members who are interested in improving the workflow
Looking for someone long term who can manage multiple software projects and communicate with developers
Preferably someone who can manage and communicate directly with clients through Slack, Email, Phone, Zoom, and Video
Must be responsive, and a good communicator
Prefer someone who has experience with running marketing teams and developers
