Need 5 Graphic Designers for minimalistic t shirt designs

Hello,
We are a European based T-Shirt Brand called “Berglust”. We are on the market for over 2 years and sold more than over 100.000 t-shirts.
As business is increasing we are seeking for 5 new employees to join our young and creative team.
WHAT ARE WE SEARCHING FOR:
- Full Time Designer (40 hours / week) for a long business relationship.
- You do your own designs and you start them by sketch with a Pen! (Which means you ca draw) :-)
- Mastering Photoshop or Illustrator / or any other related software
- Knowledge in Trademark (Don’t do Batman Shirts :-) )
- Google Drive (for the workspace)
- Responsibility
- Good English Communication
WHAT ARE WE OFFERING:
- Fixed monthly salary + Bonuses (Depending on the work done)
- Individual salary depends on YOU. For example monthly salary can go from $400 to $1000 depending on the work.
- Long business relationship (at least 1 or 2 years)

ONLY THE 5 BEST WILL WIN:
- As we only want the best designers out there for this job we do a little competition.
- If u made it to the next round we will send u 2 ideas of t-shirts and you will have to create those 2 ideas (yourself and unique) and send them back to us asap (deadline will be given)
- The best 5 Designers that are entering the job competition are going to win the job and be working for us :-)
