Customer Service - Sales Guru - Zoom Help Person

Hello, Need a part time person that has good English Skills who would be able to do a zoom meeting with the customer service people.

I would like to train you to do Meetings, that go over procedures (What to do when this happens)

Obviously you would need to be trained first, once you know our company, what we do and how we handle customer support, I would like you to be the Go-To person for new people when they need help.

1. Get to know our company and learn everything we do
2. Get to know how we do customer support & sales
3. Help the others answer questions and train them.
4. Take sales training and customer support training to be able to get good at it yourself
5. Moderate social media comments, DM's and emails to make sure every team member is doing their responses correctly

So at a company like coca-cola, we used to do trainings every friday.

We do role play (ok you're the customer and I am the sales guy)

and we do training to teach how to answer objections and how to answer certain questions.

Then even when the coca-cola reps have been working 4 years, they still do training 1 day a week to be able to get REALLY GOOD AT Sales or Customer service!

The trick is repetition!

So we want to hire someone who can learn everything and then have a weekly training session.

The training will be in English so your communication needs to be good.

You need to also be able to train in your own language in the Philippines

At first we will take time for you to learn everything and even get you practicing customer service. Then later I want you to be the go-to person for when the team has questions.

This is a permanent position.
Your job will be to help our team get good at Sales & customer Service

You need to have experience in Sales & Customer Service.
