I am looking for a figure to hire in my web agency who is able to, i'm search a WEB DEVELOPER PROGRAMMER:
-Program a website from scratch using code. Ex: html5, css3, javascript, java, jquery, php etc ...
-Create the backend from scratch (Laravel, nodejs...)
-Who knows how to use various tools such as node.js, laravel, mysql, angular js, etc ..
-Using the wordpress CMS very well and who knows how it works and is able to create completely customizable content
- Who knows the OXYGEN Wordpress page builder.
-That is able to design the site design.
-That is able to work in a team
-That has good English pronunciation and scripts.

I am looking for a person who is available and who has a great desire to work.

I am looking for a person with experience and who has already gained experience in this sector
