Media Relations Specialist Needed for EdTech Startup

My startup, ---------- , is in need of an experienced media relations specialist who has a solid background in the following:

- Creating relationships with influencers on social media who can promote signups on the website through their profiles
- Reach out to and create partnerships with online blogs, media outlets, radio shows, etc. who can help promote the website via interviews, featured articles, etc.
- Create relationships with top university student organizations.
- Anything else that can increase user registrations and signups on the website and create awareness of the website online.

This is a freelance position and I am on a budget. The rate is negotiable. Looking for someone who does not mind getting down and dirty to help a startup rise up. The mission of ---------- is to bridge the gap between Filipinos and opportunities in higher education. Your role would make an impact on higher education in the Philippines.
