Responsibilities:
- Gather leads, experience in recruiting sales people.
- Train, develop, and motivate a sales team to achieve their individual and team sales targets
- Supervise the sales team to ensure adherence to the working plan
- Coach, train, and develop subordinates to meet job requirements
- Perform other duties that may be assigned from time to time
Qualifications:
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree, in any field
- At least 2-3 year(s) of working experience in managing and recruitment the related field is required for this position
- Preferably Assistant Manager/Managers specializing in Sales - Financial services (insurance, unit trust, etc.)
- 2-3 years of experience in managing a Sales Team
- Success in hitting Sales targets
- Should have expertise in “recruitment”
- People skills are highly recommended
- High engagement in social media
- Digital savvy
