We are looking for a experienced Designer, Illustrator who can draw for T-Shirts. We are interested in a longterm working relationship for Part/ Full Time.

What I need:

a freelancer, not an employee of a designer company
fluent in english write
reliable work, delivery on time
communication via Discord (or at least Skype)
good reachability and strong internet connection
work independently on your given tasks (however, you can always ask questions)
experience in T-Shirt design (focus on generate positive emotions/feelings with designs)
a contract that I get the rights of your work
ai/psd and png files (4500x5400px with 300 dpi) of your design
sketches of the drawings before the illustration
you use only commercial free fonts
per week 10+ Designs Hand drawn illustrations of high quality


optional and highly beneficial: german skills
optional and highly beneficial: experience in trademarks

What I dont want:

1:1 copied designs
generic designs
that you violate any trademark or copyright (aske me if you are not sure)

How work with us works: You will get images from that you have to unterstand and transfer it to a T-shirt in a new manner (this means that you have to think how it would look nice, create new images, connect ideas, etc.).
