Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities:
Provide 24/7 customer support through chats and
Respond effectively to customer’s query regarding products, services, processes and procedures
Assist in processing account related request and overall account management
Ensure complete and accurate information are recorded in the system
Handle complaints and provide appropriate resolution on a given time frame
Work closely with internal and external department in escalating issues to provide resolution to each problem
Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
Qualifications:
• Preferably with experience in customer service role
• Required: Good command in English and can speak/ write/ read one of these languages: Mandarin, Malay, Vietnamese, Thai
• Can communicate effectively with international customers
• Team player with a can-do attitude
• Problem Solver and ability to works well under pressure
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
• Ability to remain professional and courteous with customers at all times
• Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters
• Knowledge with the use of MS Office application and Internet.
