HR Department Head
Responsibilities:
• Leads the entire process of recruiting, onboarding, handing over, and constantly improving top talents that match our needs. Working knowledge of LinkedIn recruiters, image ads, and other related tools can put your application on top of the list.
• Oversees compensation and benefits and suggest as appropriate other ways of rewards that promote growth, excellence and team spirit
• Develops and implements HR-related initiatives that encourages a healthy, communicative, high performing team
• Provides guidance on policies and procedures that supports both the growth of the business and welfare of the whole team
• Suggests and creates training modules for skills enhancement or capability building for internal team
• Someone with an extensive network of designers, video editors, digital marketers, listers and the like would be looked upon favorably
What are the minimum requirements of this role?
• Proven HR work experience in Supervisory level
• Experienced with data analytics
• With at least 3yrs of related experience.
• E-commerce experience is an advantage.
• Knowledgeable in candidate online platforms like Linkedin, OnlineJobsPH, etc.
• Can start as soon as possible.
