A SNAPSHOT OF YOUR ROLE:

We are looking for a detail oriented, critically thinking website designer, to design and build out WordPress and similar web development projects. You will be responsible for graphically designing web projects, Search Engine Optimization and fixing web security and integrity issues.

MANDATORY CRITERIA:
1. Bachelor’s degree or above in Computer Science, Computer Engineer, Information Technology, and/or Digital Marketing.
2. Minimum of 2 years in SEO and Digital Marketing, Minimum of 3 years of Website Development.
3. C1/C2 Proficient/Advanced English Score ( ---------- )
4. Performance Laptop/Computer
5. (DSL/FIBER - 10MBPS or Higher)
6. Must have excellent verbal and written communication and negotiation skills


Must Have Tools:
Must be highly experienced with the following online tools;
- Zoom. For Meetings
- Asana and Whatsapp. We use Asana for project management and Whatsapp for daily communication.
- G Suite, Google Docs and Drive
- Dropbox. For file management and sharing.
- YouTube
- Social Media Tools. Facebook, Instagram, and Pinterest for marketing and building online authority
- Familiar with or can get familiar with video editing tools.
- Photoshop, Illustrator and other editing applications to create visual content
- ---------- our team monitors work progress routinely.


Necessary Skills/Experience:
Wordpress Development 4+ years (Design and integration)
Strong Knowledge of Woocommerce & Shopify
Strong knowledge of front-end technologies, including HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, jQuery
Strong understanding of PHP back-end development
WordPress Theme Customization.
WordPress Performance & Speed Optimization.
Web Hosting Administration
WordPress Security
Graphic design and basic multimedia work
Experience with print layout designs (web graphics, flyers, banners, brochures, etc)
SEO - Backlinking & Link Building
Knowledge of SEO tools - Ahrefs, Keyword Planner,SEMrush, SEO Powersuite
On-page SEO & Off-page SEO (inc monitor and track)
Google analytics general knowledge
Developing a content road map and execute content calendar strategic business goals
Project manage the overall content needs of all marketing, PR and communications of the business
SEM knowledge - Campaign setup, execution and management

Payment: Up to$1000/Month or 48,000PHP/Month depending on qualifications and previous work experience, with bonuses for exceptional work.

Hours:
Work hours will be from 9am - 6pm (Mon-Sat. 1hr (2 x 0.5hr breaks in between)
