A SNAPSHOT OF YOUR ROLE:

We are looking for an enthusiastic, critically thinking digital manager, to chat directly with our clients and provide support. You will be the first line of contact for incoming leads and help customers obtain quotes and business information.

YOUR DAY COULD SEE YOU:
1. Answering online active chat questions on Facebook, Instagram, Youtube, Google Business, and our online websites.
2. Talk directly with our US clients to ensure their concerns are addressed in a timely manner and provide them with regular updates on repairs and repair prices.
3. Acquire a thorough understanding of Cell Phones and electronic gadgets.
4. Propose, Design and post unique content for our social media platforms regularly.
5. Respond to social media posts on our popular platforms.
6. Update pricing spreadsheets and tables.
7. Help impediment ad campaigns to drive traffic to our business.
8. Sending out email campaigns.

MANDATORY CRITERIA:
1. Bachelor’s degree or above in any discipline or study program
2. Minimum of 2 years of Social Media Managing and Ads experience
3. C2 Advanced English Score ( ---------- )
4. Performance Laptop/Computer
5. (DSL/FIBER - 10MBPS or Higher)
6. Must have excellent verbal and written communication and negotiation skills

Must Have Tools:
Must be highly experienced with the following online tools;
- Zoom. For Meetings
- Asana and Whatsapp. We use Asana for project management and Whatsapp for daily communication.
- G Suite, Google Docs and Drive
- Dropbox. For file management and sharing.
- YouTube
- Social Media Tools. Facebook, Instagram, and Pinterest for marketing and building online authority.
- Familiar with or can get familiar with video editing tools.
- Photoshop, Illustrator and other editing applications to create visual content

Payment: Up to $1,000/Month or 48,000PHP/Month depending on qualifications and previous work experience, with bonuses for exceptional work.

Hours:
Work hours will be from 9am - 6pm Monday -Saturday (1hr (2 x 0.5hr breaks in between)
