JOB OVERVIEW

Hrs needed: Would prefer 9-4 MST Mon-Fri

20-40 hrs per week depending on experience


Primary experience needed:


Email
and Cloud Migrations (365 and G suite).

SPF/DKIM/DMARC/TXT

MS 365 / One Drive (Medium Experience).

Gmail / G Suite / Google Cloud (Heavy Experience).

General Remote IT support: Knowledge of software, hardware, Windows (10 and 7), Linux (limited) Remote Desktop Software (Teamviewer/splashtop), RMM (Ninja) Ticketing system (Sherpa Desk).

Monitoring and responding to tickets and emails.

Taking forwarded emails directly from the CEO and responding to clients directly.

Regular open lines of communication through, text, chat, phone with both owners.

Raspberry Pi setup for MSP clients.

Very light programing.

Basic scripting knowledge.


Bonus experience:

Customer service.

Previous level 3 or higher support.

DNS record exchange and knowledge.

API knowledge (calls and connections).

Scripting (powershell, javascript, shellscript, batch, native, vbscript).

Coding (python, CSS, HTML5).

Software Development.
