MS 365 / One Drive (Medium Experience).
Gmail / G Suite / Google Cloud (Heavy Experience).
General Remote IT support: Knowledge of software, hardware, Windows (10 and 7), Linux (limited) Remote Desktop Software (Teamviewer/splashtop), RMM (Ninja) Ticketing system (Sherpa Desk).
Monitoring and responding to tickets and
Taking forwarded
Regular open lines of communication through, text, chat, phone with both owners.
Raspberry Pi setup for MSP clients.
Very light programing.
Basic scripting knowledge.
Bonus experience:
Customer service.
Previous level 3 or higher support.
DNS record exchange and knowledge.
API knowledge (calls and connections).
Scripting (powershell, javascript, shellscript, batch, native, vbscript).
Coding (python, CSS, HTML5).
Software Development.
