Web Development Project Using Flask / Python with SQL backend

Hi there!

I am looking for an awesome web developer to create a relatively simple webapp building upon existing python functions. The project will be an app for friends and family so here are the key requirements:

-User log in system
-Password hashing
-Confidentiality, security
-Keep track of account "points" based on previous outcomes
-SQL DB backend. Would like it to be locally hosted.

Ideal Candidate:
-Expert Python user
-Very comfortable with Flask framework
-Can communicate in english to understand requirements and communicate confusion or questions
-Attention to detail - only candidates that mention "green glass" in the subject will be considered
-Familiar with SQL programming, including table references / relational databases

This is a pretty quick first project but we would like to work with this person in the longer ---------- your reply please mention your experience level with Python and with Flask. Thank you!
