Customer Service and Sales Team Support

We are a busy medical spa and training center searching for someone to support our sales team by helping with daily administrative and phone tasks.

A few of the items you would assist with:
1. Listening to voicemail messages
2. Helping our sales team respond to text and email messages
3. Answering the phones
4. Appointment changes and cancellations

Experience with the following is preferred:
Active Campaign
Justcall
Millenium Systems salon software

The hours would be 8:00 a.m. - 4:30 p.m.PST or 9:30 a.m. - 6:00 p.m. PST
