Work Hours and Schedule: Mon-Fri, 8am-5pm MST/MDT (30-40 hours per week)

Work Duration: Full-time

Rate: Starts at $3 hr (around 24k php /mo) with chance of raise for visible results and good performance

HELLO!

We are looking for a proactive, reliable and trustworthy person that is willing to help us grow and make a huge impact in the construction industry. We are hoping to find someone with a background in cabinetry planning and design, and studied interior design, architecture, or engineering.

The Cabinetry Designer VA must be a self-starter, willing to learn new programs, and must have an eye for detail. He/she will also be reaching out to vendors and customers through calls, texts, and emails from time to time to follow-up or ask information, and also help with the daily office duties like researching, data entry tasks, documentations, and the like. Most importantly, he/she will be designing and providing plans for different cabinetry requirements using 2020 Design Live, or other programs that he/she has and wishes to use.

Qualifications:
- Experience or degree that is related with cabinetry design
- Knowledge in standard kitchen ergonomics, and cabinetry ergonomics in general
- Communicates well both in writing and speaking in English
- Understands material specifications and modules used in cabinetry design
- Understands the concept of construction processes like estimation, bidding, quotation, sales orders and purchase orders.
- Critical-thinker, resourceful, and a problem-solver
- Able to read Architectural plans
- Adept in Microsoft Office suite
- Must be willing to use Hubstaff

Responsibilities:
- Provide and design various cabinetry solutions for different requirements
- Determine quantities of needed materials and inputting them in our quotation program
- Ensure timely completion of estimates and drawings/perspectives
- Daily administrative/office duties
- Calling and messaging with our suppliers and customers (will provide US phone software and number)
- Video chat with us anytime throughout the day
